PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST APPOINTMENTS OR CANCEL APPOINTMENTS THROUGH THE FORM ON THIS PAGE.
If you are looking to book an appointment, please use our online booking service or call us at 312-491-9771. This contact form is reserved for all other inquiries.
Solo requires all booked appointments to leave a credit card on file through our secured system.
At Solo Salon, we truly value the time and trust you place in us. Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you, and our service providers carefully plan their schedules to provide you with the best experience possible.
To ensure fairness and availability for all guests, our updated reservation policy is as follows:
Appointment Cancellation Policy
1st Cancellation (per calendar year)
• A 50% charge of the reserved service(s) will be applied.
• This charge covers the service time reserved exclusively for your appointment.
• If you rebook within 10 days, the 50% charge may be credited toward your next appointment as a one-time courtesy.
• If rebooking within 10 days is not possible due to scheduling conflicts or service provider availability, the 50% charge will be credited toward your next available appointment.
• If your rescheduled appointment is cancelled again, or if you choose not to rebook, the 50% charge will be applied and retained.
2nd Cancellation (per calendar year)
• A 50% charge of the reserved service(s) will be applied.
• The first cancellation courtesy has already been extended for the year, so no exceptions can be made.
3rd Cancellation & Beyond (per calendar year)
• A 100% charge will be applied to any cancelled reservation moving forward.
• This applies to reservations cancelled under their designated notification times:
➤ Standard Services: 24-hour notice
➤ Specialized Services: 1-week notice
(including but not limited to retexture services such as Brazilian Blowout, relaxers, perms, hair extensions, and bleach & tones)
➤ Lash & Spray Tan Services: 48 hours’ notice
Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a 50% charge of the booked service.
We appreciate your understanding and partnership in maintaining fairness and respect for both our guests and our team’s time.

Additional Policies
• Solo requires all booked appointments to leave a credit card on file through our secured system.
• Any required deposits for events or services are non-refundable.
• Product returns must be made within 2 weeks of purchase, for store credit only.
• Service provider gratuity may be left via cash or our cashless kiosk for credit card use.
• ATM available at both locations.
Payment Fees
➤ A 3% surcharge will be applied to credit card payments.
➤ The green circle charge has been updated to 2%.
Alternatively, you may choose to pay via Zelle or debit card to avoid fees.
Parking
VALET PARKING FOR BOTH LOCATIONS: $14
Tuesday - Saturday: 9am - 5pm (valet will bring key to you with location if you’re not finished by 5pm)
STREET PARKING:
Street parking is available as well which is easier to find in the evenings.
