Solo opened its doors January 6th, 2006 with a plan to play the best music, share great energy and create the most unique customized looks. Being in the industry 12 years prior to opening the salon’s doors, Kristine, the owner always had a dream to hold a house of creative people built on innovation, warmth and style.
When the doors opened, Kristine and her husband Michael made the vow to stay true to the meaning of Solo. Everyone is unique and sometimes that uniqueness is buried. Recognizing this opens ideas and creates inspiration to us as hairdressers. We love what we do because of the people who trust us. So we create, as the definition of Solo, “an act done by a single artist”. We create Solo looks, “a unique look for you”.
At Solo we take our time to find and coach the best artists that are dedicated to our craft. We are authentic, we try our best, we are committed to education and vision is a must-have and comes from within. Because of all of this, we remind ourselves often of what it means to be a hairdresser.
At Solo we have established principals that guides us in everything we do. We look for people who share these belief and aspire to be great. We are a non-departmentalized salon, allowing us to create a total look for our guests.

Our Cancellation Policy and Payment Policy
At Solo Salon we make things happen. However, in order to ensure that we can accommodate all of our guests, we require that you give us at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We are unable to hold any appointment without a major credit card. If you no-show or cancel without 24 hours notice, we will try and fill your appointment. If we are unable to do so, you will be charged 50% of the appointment missed.
Please note, we accept cash or personal checks only for gratuity. There is an ATM located within the salon for your convenience.
Our Return Policy and our Customer Satisfaction Policy
At Solo Salon, we want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Product returns will be for store credit only towards another product, accompanied by a receipt or purchase history in our database. We pride ourselves in creating the best customer experience possible. If there is anything we can do to improve upon your experience, please let us know within 14 days of your service so we can achieve our goal of 100% customer satisfaction.
Our Late Policy
We are committed to giving you the best one-on-one service available. If you are more than 15 minutes late, and we are unable to give you the attention you deserve. We ask that you do your very best to be on time.
