Solo is PROUD to partner with Green Circle Salons, a GREEN-conscious cooperative . We recycle/reuse upwards of 95% of all our waste (metals, plastics, paper, chemicals). A 1% service charge is added to all service prices to continue our recycling efforts.
Policies and Procedures:
- Please notify Solo 24 hours in advance in the event that you need to cancel or move an appointment.
- All product returns must be made within 2 weeks of purchase, for store credit only.
- If you wish to leave your service provider gratuity at the end of your service, cash or personal check is accepted.
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND WHEN BOOKING ONLINE:
- If you are new to our online booking, please register with a user name and password via a laptop or desktop, not a mobile device.
- If you are a returning guest to our online booking, but do not remember your password, enter your email address and select "forgot password".
- Chrome is not compatible with our online booking, so make sure you are using Firefox, Safari, or Internet Explorer.
- When reserving a color and a haircut, remember to reserve your color service first.
